In the beginning of this letter, we see the heart of God for His people through the pastoral heart of Paul. We see what we should be praying for ourselves and others in light of the fact that Jesus Chirst is alive. This passage ends with definitive statements about what is true for people who follow Jesus: that we have delivered from the kingdom of darkness and transferred to the kingdom of Jesus Christ.
