ESA's Columbus Control Centre - Col CC - is located at the German Aerospace Center's operations facility near Munich, which has many years' experience in human spaceflight operations. With the delivery of Europe's space laboratory Columbus to the ISS set for December 2007, activity at Col CC is shifting into a higher gear.
