For his conspicuous courage and valour in the face of the enemy, Colonel Vijayant Kumar became a recipient of the Vir Chakra. In this video, he appeals to the nation to come forth for the soldiers who protect the nation's honouor & contribute to The Armed Forces Flag Day Fund.
