Bullying is a disruptive and significant issue that has been confronting nurses and other professionals. Education of the staff, developing code of conduct to address such behaviors, collaboration of leaders and managers to ensure that there is not a perpetual occurrence, and for protection of anyone who expresses concerns on unacceptable behaviors.
