Matthew 11:28-30 is our answer when we're overwhelmed. 

• What is hindering you from being yoked up with Christ? 
• "Tired comers are immediately refreshed when they come to Christ."
•  Read the passage, then stop and be still. 
• Have you found the first "rest" in salvation?
• Talk to the Lord and give Him your "list" of circumstances that are weighing you down.
