Often we tend to want to tame the tension we encounter in our lives and our organizations in order to keep the peace. Tension is a ripe opportunity for growth that should be welcomed in order to move forward. In this series, we talk about what that could look like in your life as you lead yourself and others.

Conflict avoidant people (not leaders) kill progress.
Avoiding conflict doesn’t keep the peace, it creates more tension.
Avoiding conflict shows lack of responsibility, decision making, and vision casting.
Why does this matter?
Healthy conflict is the true innovation for better outcomes.
Undesired friction is necessary for the desired future.
