Welcome to the third 'Come To My Island' Podcast! In this podcast Mr. Ray Bass calls in Mr. Weazley to talk about their song 'In My Bed'. Before they became solo artists Weazley and Ray Bass met several times during the Popronde and the friendship remained even after they both left their respective bands. This podcast is a man to man talk about music, going solo, the myth called 'groupie love' and growing up on the beautiful island Bonaire. Weazley also shares his latest release 'Nightcrawler' with us and talks to Ray about his future plans.
Riëndy Jermain Holder, popularly known as Mr. Ray Bass, was born in Curaçao on May 26th of 1986. He is the son of Riëncy Holder, a land surveyor and Edseline Kraal who was a stay at home mother during his childhood. After suffering an injury during a baseball game, Ray decided to quit sports and go for music all the way. Today Mr. Ray Bass is a well known independent artist, multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and producer. He also gained international recognition for his bass playing style which got him an endorsement deal from Ibanez and a feature on their Ibanez Worldwide platform.
