Brenda Smith is an 87 year old grandmother who spent three months every year in Vietnam, assisting children for the ‘Christina Noble Children’s Foundation’, having originally arrived in 1995. Upon arriving in Vietnam, she struck a friendship with an orphan, ‘Minh An’, born with a rare skin condition which leaves his skin extremely flaky, hence his name ‘fish boy’, ‘ca’ in Vietnamese. Brenda and Minh Anh have a special friendship, and Vietnam has a special place in her heart. Absolute pleasure to chat today.
