Elizabeth Homfray is the founder of ‘Laws For Paws Vietnam’, a charity that rescues, rehabilitates and rehomes dogs that have been abused, injured or abandoned, and has been living in Saigon, Vietnam for 15 years. She joins me today to talk about the charity, their mission, overall evolution and development, challenges during lockdown, and their future aims.
