Comedian, author and blogger Samantha Irby gives a reading of her hilarious and provocative writing. Born and raised in Evanston, Irby has published three books: We Are Never Meeting in Real Life, Meaty, and New Year, Same Trash, and has run the blog bitches gotta eat since 2009.

Irby is the 2019 Artist in Residence at Lake Forest College.
