Ooh boy johns. Ooh boy.  Okay usually I release interviews on Wednesday but I"m down in Miami and I don't have people here I can interview right now! Dude, I don't live here! In my defense! Lol.

BUT the beauty of having your own pod is you can always flex to release your own content when needed and I TRIED MY DAMNDEST to make this interesting and good! It's got health news about potentially no upper limits to improving your heart health AND a dating story AND tales from Miami AND the Mars Perseverance rover landing AND a bone cancer survivor becoming the youngest civilian to go to Space!
