We are saddened to share the unfortunate news that Ceyenne Doroshow, our special guest for today's episode, experienced a family loss last night and cannot be with us today.

Our thoughts and prayers are with their family and we are sending all of our love at this difficult time. Our live interview for today was postponed for the near future but we still want to connect with you tonight! Many emotions and feelings of stress, anxiety - in our personal lives and at the international level - have led us to decide to shift the focus of our episode today to the healing power of comfort food.
