Happy Saturday Everyone! As the tenth episode of season two I feel this topic was perfect; also the numbers that seem to be following me lately are 0,1 and 2... I wanted to cover a message thats very close to my heart; the level of comfort we feel truly being in our own skin, being authentic and vulnerable about our human experiences.

This topic is especially close to my heart because of how many people feel about the church. So many people feel they wont be welcome or loved by God because of who they are. Many people feel they are too imperfect so they run from themselves. I know I can personally resonate with this feeling. For many years I felt I was on valuable if I showed up to the world as perfect as I possibly could.  The struggles I expirenced, the pain and guilt I endured throughout life, I felt ashamed by. I felt I had to hide this pain from the world. I wasn't living and being my authentic self because I was consumed with fear about what people may think or say about me.

In this new season of my healing journey, I hope to inspire anyone that feels they have to hide their vulnerabilities in order to be deemed valuable. I hope this message shows women and all people that we can abandon this fear and find true freedom when we keep our focus on a willingness to change and be more like spirit.

Sis, your authentic self is enough!
