Captain America decides the combined unit of East and West Coast Avengers need to split up scooby Doo style to try and get the two alien powers to settle down and not start something huge!  One team goes to Hala; the home world of the Kree and the other goes to Chandilar;  the home world of the Shi Ar.  One team remains on Earth to hold the fort down.
