Star Wars Eclipse, the highly anticipated video game from Quantic Dream, might be facing the end of its journey. Reports suggest that its parent company, NetEase, is pulling back from overseas ventures and looking to offload studios, including Quantic Dream. Rumors of trouble aren’t new for Eclipse— whispers of cancellation first popped up in 2022— but this latest move by NetEase has fans on edge. If confirmed, it’d join a growing list of scrapped Star Wars titles like Battlefront 3 and Star Wars 1313.
