WBDUnscripted and animation has lost 82 staffers. Animation is also condensing with portions of Cartoon Network animation being absorbed into WBA Studios. The output for all platforms (HBO Max, Cartoon Network, Adult Swim et al) is supposed to remain the same, just with a more streamlined approach. All this is said to be done in an effort for David Zaslav to save the company $3B after their reported loss of $3.2B in the merger.
