Dr. Harriet Earle is a comics and pop culture scholar with a research focus on representations of violence and trauma in visual culture, particularly comics. She works as a senior lecturer of english and creative writing at the Sheffield Hallam University, UK, and is also a research fellow at the Centre for War, Atrocity, and Genocide at Nipissing University in Canada.
