Pastor Jeff continued our study of the book of Mark and highlighted Chapter 8. He expounded on the importance of knowing Jesus for who He really is as the Messiah. Once you have resolved like our elder brother Peter that Jesus is the son of the living God, you should desire to worship God with all your heart, soul and strength. In order for that to occur you must, "come after Jesus." This requires a daily crucifixion as outlined in Matthew 16:24 as we strive to follow Jesus. Selah
