I have a confession.
I've been using AI to help make some of these episodes... not to write the music, but the show itself.
A recent New York Times piece made me stop and ask what I was actually giving up. Studies show essays written without AI contained up to eight times as many new ideas as AI-assisted ones.
I also came across a video by photographer Rick Bebbington making essentially the same point on the same day, which felt like a sign.
This episode is my honest accounting of how it crept in, where I think the line actually is, and why I'm not giving up the idea-generation part for anything.
