Robin also runs three weekly support groups, offers 1-on-1 coaching, facilitates in-person retreats, and is preparing to write a guidebook on coming out late for lesbians.

Chris is a 500-hour certified Yoga Teacher and is soon set to become a Certified Yoga Therapist. With a deep commitment to Yoga and recovery, Chris shares their knowledge and tools from Yoga, Ayurveda, and recovery to aid others on their healing journeys.
