Black folks and white folks coming together as “one” in this white America only sounds good on paper. Let’s be real.. how can we be considered as equal when we’re using a system created to make black folks fail ? Let’s start there and a reminder that history DOES matter and it’s not something we can “leave in the past” and forget.
