The first cohort of radiologists, radiographers, and paediatricians just completed the WHO Scholar Level 1 course on radiation risk communication to improve benefit-risk dialogue in paediatric imaging.

Join us to celebrate the Commencement of the next stage in their journey, in which they will be taking action to implement their ideas.

Defying distance to collaborate across geographic, professional, and economic barriers, they worked together develop action plans to improve radiation risk-benefit communication in their individual contexts.

Their collective effort was guided and supported by Dr Maria del Rosario Perez (WHO), Dr Don Frush (Chair of the Image Gently Alliance and co-chair of the global Quality Safety Alliance of the International Society of Radiology), and Dr Joanna Kasznia-Brown (President of the World Federation of Paediatric Imaging and Chair of Outreach Committee of the European Society of Paediatric Radiology).
