• Legal Considerations for Inspectors: A discussion on handling depositions and protecting yourself legally when inspection reports are used in lawsuits.
• Maximizing Efficiency in Multifamily Inspections: Tips on optimizing multifamily unit inspections, including setting client expectations, streamlining data collection, and managing report writing efficiently.
• Upcoming Professional Inspectors Convention: Inspectors were invited to attend the Professional Inspectors Convention in Orlando from February 16-18, 2025.
