The National Association of Realtors® and certain large brokerages are defending against several multidistrict class action private claims alleging that the cooperating broker commission, as currently structured or practiced, constitutes unlawful, anticompetitive price fixing or an unfair or deceptive act or practice. At the same time, NAR continues to battle the United States Department of Justice's Antitrust Division's efforts to reopen its investigation into NAR's "Participation Rule" and "Clear Cooperation Policy."Hawaii Realtors® President Kalama Kim interviews Jason E.
