16:02 Andre: "It's committed versus interested. When you're fully committed, those little barriers, you have to be able to get through. Otherwise, you're just interested because you're going to start feeling victimized, you're going to feel sorry for yourself."
18:08 Sean: "Find who is a good partner for you and, if it works, make it work. In this case here, obviously and thankfully, it's my wife and she makes the best partner in doing what we do."
20:49 Sean: "There are three factors for success. Money, knowledge, and passion. And you only need two out of the three, and most times people have the passion and then they can get the knowledge, but they don't have the money."
