Hebrews 11.1-12.3, 28-29

Sermon by Adam Cetrangolo given on Easter Vigil (Saturday) 31 March 2018.  This was also a Baptism service.

A brief Easter Teaching series (Thursday through Sunday) exploring the completed work of Jesus through this stunning letter.  The author of Hebrews incorporates much of the Hebrew Scriptures (Old Testament) into his letter to demonstrate that as Christians we no longer need the former sacrifical system for we have a better and eternal sacrifice.  Jesus is the fulfilment of all the promises of the Hebrew Scriptures, He's sacrifice is sufficient for the forgiveness of our sins and He's work is effective for all eternity.
