The number #1 thing you are not doing on your fitness journey…

This is going to be commitment, and how it is the ultimate freedom in your life.

If you are going to chase 1 rabbit and 1 outcome to build everything else falls away, the 

Decisions become simple, the gym selection becomes simple, the coach becomes simple

Because you are chasing 1 rabbit.

If you feel stuck?

If you have yet to see results in the gym you have likely not fully committed to the process,

You might be doing the work but you have not committed.

Listen if you are building your body you must go all in to the process.

I see this with newbie lifters trying the gym out, or single moms, they try it and when shit gets tough as they are building new habits that challenge them mentally, physically, and make them

Have  those you vs you moments they tend to fall off.

And they are doing really well, going like 3 days a week, what went wrong they didn’t commit.

They didn’t commit to the outcome.

Commitment is the freedom: And I am using this as an example being single is the most time

Consuming thing you go on tender, bubble, or random friends you are looking for a relationship,

Right…

In turn you are looking everywhere for it, and spreading energy out too many places.

Then you find the one: The homie, you love them, you have similar core values.

Maybe lucky enough to build a future with that one, now you no longer need those dating apps,

You do not have to listen to breakups podcast, or read books on being single or alone.

YOU GET WHERE I AM GOING…

Your focus in no commitment, and how to create communication, expression, etc..

You have 1 relationship to know what they like.

Now apply this to your fitness journey, right…

You are looking to lose 10-20 lbs, or build muscle.

You tried every diet, your hesitant, you never saw success

You lack support all these things…

Shit gets easier, when you know what you need, now you eat 3-4 meals a day each meal protein, carbs, veggies, and a shake a day.

Working out with a plan that is built around you busy schedule.

You fitness journey becomes clear, your fitness journey you need to commitment..

You are no longer swiping through karens page who looks good, you are listening to your overweight friends, or family members who have never even been in the gym about gym

Advise.

You pick 1 problem to work on and go get after that problem by committing.

You see clients get a coach and want to lose weight, build muscle, and have a nice butt

All at the same time. Like guys they want to be toned and shredded while being strong

Like pick one and commit.

You are building a body that can help you putin the future.

You are building a body your kids look up too.

You are building a body that inspires others.

But yet you are focusing on things that can go wrong, ohh i DON’T HAVE ANY TIME,

You get so caught up in excuses you never go all in.

I am here to tell you: When you go all in, commit, don’t deviate, the work will pay off.

Commit to life long health, and your life will become more successful.
