At the beginning of God's commandments that His people would follow to show their commitment to Him, God starts off by declaring that this is an exclsuive relationship. he si to be the only god in their life. While this concept is not new to us, it was to them. And while we may think this is one commandment that we have easily mastered, a closer look at our lives will reveal that we have made gods out of things that we have not realized.
