Just wanted to take a moment to extend our gratitude to all of our friends, listeners and partners who let us know they were okay - together we are Florida Strong.
On that note, now that we are safe and our personal and professional lives begin their return to normality, we can shift our focus on rebuilding business.
Hurricane Irma cause our local real estate market approximately at least 2 weeks of productivity. That said, in an effort to recover time lost I am pleased to announce my closing commitment of 15 days versus the industry average of 43.
Going forward and for the next 3 weeks my RE partners can have the confidence in offering 15 day closings when presenting their next offer!
