When I first started my business I thought it was niche. I thought no one was running ads in the finance space. I thought I'd found an untapped market.
But I was wrong.
Quickly after talking to a few potential clients I found others doing what I was doing - all of us offering nothing different - each of us not unique.
Like Alex Hormozi says, I was a commodity business with my only option to compete on price!
