Today we're discussing a joint report recently published by the American Enterprise Institute and the Brookings Institution on poverty. Titled "Opportunity, Responsibility and Security: A Consensus Plan for Reducing Poverty and Restoring the American Dream," it seeks bipartisan policy solutions on the problem of poverty in the U.S.
