As the temperature rises, summer is most definitely just around the corner. In today’s episode, personal trainer, podcaster, and online coach Sylvester Sweeney gets together with Charlie as they point out the common mistakes that most people do to get in shape for the summer. People take one thing that they want to hear, then they run with it, but no one thing is going to solve their fitness dilemmas. It’s the compound effect of proper nutrition, sleep, workout routine, and consistency.


Sylvester substantiates the relevance of using logic to look at things and not follow every gimmick you find online. He also mentions that it's not what you do and how much you do it. But it’s how you do it that’s going to have the biggest impact on your end results. Charlie also adds tidbits of helpful insights on what to do when you are constantly traveling.
