Ya'll already know I love a good God-given goal and a beautiful dream. However, that dream should never take precedence over the pursuit of God's presence, and Hannah Schermerhorn is here to help us stop waiting and start thriving with her new book A Single Life to Live.
As someone who is still waiting on the Lord to answer a few of my own prayers, I feel so grateful for the friends who show up to celebrate what's happening in this season.
Let's all ask God to help us find the words to encourage our friends and family as we speak life over them and invite them to see what He is yet doing right now.
TODAY WE'RE REFLECTING ON PHILIPPIANS 3:8-11 ESVIndeed, I count everything as loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have suffered the loss of all things and count them as rubbish, in order that I may gain Christ and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which comes through faith in Christ, the righteousness from God that depends on faith—that I may know him and the power of his resurrection, and may share his sufferings, becoming like him in his death, that by any means possible I may attain the resurrection from the dead.
A WOMAN YOU SHOULD KNOWHannah's not the only woman that you should know, though. Today, my guest cohost, Tonya, and I have the honor to highlight Rachel D. Baker, a powerful woman of God with a heart for worship. Get connected to her here.
