Jesus loved talking with people. It is an aspect of his personality on display in so many spaces of the Gospels. It shouldnt then suprsie us that from their earliest gatherings, prayer was something Christians always wanted to do. Christians talk to Jesus so Christians pray.

Sadly most of us don't really know if we know how. Because we want to be the type of community that does pray, this is a theme we keep returning to at Westside. This year we explore how Christ encounters people in Mark's Gospel as a guide for us encountering Jesus today.
