Commotio Cordis is a very serious injury for lacrosse goalies that can lead to death.  We saw a lacrosse goalie fall to this injury just this past weekend.  Luckily he was resucitated.

While Commotio Cordis is extremely serious, it is also extremely rare.  I thought I would put together some complete information on what people should be concerned about with Commotio Cordis and what we can do to keep our lacrosse goalies safe in the cage and out.
