• Almost through the 3rd quarter- the year is going quickly

• DM’s in Dubuque went through Tablet Training. The same training that all of our new drivers go through in Orientation- we want the to be able to help you navigate and answer many of their questions.

If there is something you would like added or changed on the tablet- please let Chris know.

• Business Update: Market is tightening up. We are with 2 of our largest customers- Smithfield and Armada this week and they anticipate strong miles upcoming. They both echoed that continuing our high levels of service is critical. Overcommunicate on any issues that we may have. Keep DM’s and operations in the loop so that we can keep the communication open with the customer. Walmart- is a specific example that we can buckle down and improve on.
