This week, we invited a local business owner and fitness expert to our podcast! Dennis Dumas is the owner DFIT Enterprises and Omni Fight Club in Dublin, Pleasanton and Livermore. He shared insight on the importance of fitness and communication during these times. He has utilized new methods of communication to reach his clients during these times, as well as help them keep physically active while in quarantine.
