In Episode #9, I am talking about the importance of communication and being straight-forward (transparent) as well as highlighting the importance of empathy. A lot of our thoughts and ideas can be self-centered and even cause us to miscommunicate at times. I really wanted to make this an open discussion and one where I share my own perspective and talk through these topics since they have been very relevant to me this past week. I know this is a bit different and less structured, but I hope you all enjoyed it and took something away!
