Communication in the 21st Century: Is It What You Say, Not How You Say It?
Nonverbal behaviours have historically been regarded as more important in communication than verbal behaviours. This talk will argue how and why verbal behaviours, rather than nonverbal behaviours, are most critical in today's digital society.
Vivian P. Ta is a PhD student at the University of Texas at Arlington where she conducts research in social and personality psychology. This is the speech she gave at TEDx University of Texas Arlington.

This is part 2 from Programme 22 of 2019/20 season - published on February 1st presented by Moira O'Brien & Paul O’Mahony.
