As we're going forward into and through these changes sometimes we struggle with communication; communication with self, communication with others, communication with life in general Especially with Mercury in retrograde.

I would love to support you in giving you tools that I have learned through life and witnessing others on how to communicate.

The communication is so a deep in calling right now because many of us talk so negatively about ourselves and then when we're in stress we start talking negatively about others.

I want you to know that no matter where you're at and what you're doing you're going to be perfectly imperfect during this time because this is about learning learning about yourself learning about others and the witnessing is part of the timing of communication And when we can witness the timing the timing is so important to how we vibrate at a better time for people to hear us if we need to talk to others.

I want you to know your truth is your truth! This is a perspective that I have learned and I want you to know that you are so loved during these times of change because it's a very interesting time to move forward in our lives.
