Lauren Cable Petticord is the Senior Learning Technology Specialist at Symplr. She is an experienced learning technology specialist who creates adult learning center training experiences for both soft skills and product adoption. Lauren joins the host Eugene Signorini to talk about some of the biggest challenges facing the deskless workforce.

  • When you are designing training programs for frontline employees, you want to avoid adding in any extra information that they do not need. This will make the training clear and avoid any confusion.
  • If frontline workers hear from the higher-ups the importance of the change and how much it will help the company, they will be more likely to adopt the change.
