Communication with God is why we pray! He is our Heavenly Father to lead, guide, and direct us through the Holy Spirit!

Communication with man kind is how we learn to understand each other we need to be wise in how we communicate so as to not cause offense or intentionally tear someone down. Our first response doesn't always need to be to let someone have it. I find that letting someone have it often makes me feel worse because I did it in anger and bitterness can set in and now I'm left holding the bag of an unresolved issue because I didn't handle the situation with a little more grace. I will say it doesn't always happen that way because we all can feel justified in that we are right but that doesn't make it right to dismiss how that other person feels and what they have to say. If we can't speak without a screaming match try having a mediator if that doesn't work cool off a while and think about the situation at hand before you speak so you that you can also hold onto your power and not make a fool out of yourself in the end as well.  So not letting someone have it will help you in the end learn how to control your emotions so that they don't control you. A man that can't control his spirit is like a city without walls. There is no structure and sometimes no remorse that's a dangerous place to be.
