Julie is delving into the importance of getting communication right and how we feel when we communicate with others. 

We are hardwired to seek face to face communication in order to experience all aspects of communication but much our communication is now via technology.

  • If you are delivering the message, have people understood the message? have you used the right tone, pace, used the right language?

    • To create understanding people, need to feel safe, that they can ask questions. 
    The message is agreed 
  • The response to the message will show if it has been understood and it can then be agreed.

  • If the message has been conveyed successfully and there is understanding and agreement - the required action will be implemented.
