In today's world we have started to cut off others with differing opinions and my friend Jason and I discuss how beneficial perfecting communication skills can be. 

The way that we look at other people's opinions and respond to those has been hurting our world, the lack of respect for the ideas of others. 

If we close off our minds to new ideas, and beliefs we will inevitably stop innovating, and expanding. 

Having better communication and building that respect with others all starts in the home, and as adults we need to teach our kids to communicate and listen in a way that will help us in the long run.
