Whether it involves yourself, two people or a large group, communication aids in all aspects of life from personal to professional. After learning the consequences of poor communication, I talk about the methods and benefits of communicating, along with how to do so. However, communication by itself can not fully yield its benefits, but requires one more thing for mutuality: understanding.
