Casey and Hank discuss ways to connect with the nature spirits of the sacred landscapes. This is important for so many reasons perhaps the greatest of which is because we have gone out of balance with our beloved earth mother. 

By being able to connect with nature we are able to stay in the flow of the energetic symphony happening around us.
