Communion is about our personal, intimate relationship with God through the

broken, poured out, given away body and blood of Jesus Christ. It is where

our brokenness meets the brokenness of Jesus. Jesus gave thanks, broke the

bread, and then gave it. Communion is all about thanksgiving, brokenness

and giving. Jesus told us to do this in remembrance of Him. This means

bringing the past to the present, or to bring Calvary through the veil of

time and eternity to the present tense. ..
