We are talking all college communities! Both INCLUSIVE and EXCLUSIVE. Before college we all wondered "Where will be my place on campus?" or if you're an incoming freshman I'm sure you're wondering "How and what will be my community?". Our guest, a student at Vanderbilt University, describes how she was able to diversify her college experience and find her place through different organizations. We will also be talking about exclusivity prevalent on college campuses. There are certain groups that are inherently exclusive whether aspects of business fraternities, certain societies, or Greek life. We will dive into these topics in this episode.
