In episode 4 I explore the wonderful world inhabited by Communities of Practice, firstly looking at what they are and how they play a role in sharing expertise and information exchange. 

As part of this remit, I investigate how building networks, like Communities of Practice, can help foster engagement by providing employees with a safe place to exchange ideas and promote innovative approaches to solving old problems.
