In this time of great uncertainty, how can higher-education institutions prepare themselves and their students to respond to challenges as unprecedented as a global pandemic?

On Monday, March 16th, Malaysian officials announced a movement control order would go into effect on March 18th as a measure to curb the viral spread of Covid-19. Suddenly, @Asia School of Business, like other prominent institutions such as @MIT, @Havard, and @Standford, was faced with the challenge of not only pivoting all classes to virtual formats and adapting our Action Learning projects but also preparing the newly constructed residential campus to accommodate students during the lockdown. 

In this episode, our guest @Rhoda Yap, the Chief Operating Officer and Career Development Director of @Asia School of Business shares with us the challenges and key learnings of #Business Continuity Planning with a #lean team in a young organization. (Hint: Empathy is important and tapping into student talent and leadership is key!) She also shares some heartwarming successes worth celebrating after an intense and tumultuous few weeks!
